The company was founded in 2012 by Klaus Wybranietz: he spent more than 12 years traveling the world as an SAP consultant for logistics projects. He managed his first own company – antagon AG – as a board member from 2005 to 2015 and continued to implement SAP projects in this role successfully.

Even in the early days, Klaus Wybranietz worked with agile methods, including with the most globally distributed teams. After the merger of antagon AG with EXXETA GmbH, Karlsruhe, the SAP consulting team around Klaus Wybranietz became an SAP Service Partner because of the extraordinary project successes.
